Please arrive 10min early to fill in paperwork if you have not already filled out the online forms. 

Please bring in any current or relevant scans (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound, CT etc) or medical reports with you.

A careful and detailed case history of your medical and family history will be taken. This will help to determine where your issues are arising from.

A thorough examination will be performed. This may include Chiropractic, Orthopeadic, Neurological or Physical tests. This will help to identify which techniques are safe and appropriate to use for your condition.

Generally, treatment is administered on the first visit. In circumstances where extra information/investigations (eg. xray or MRI) are required or Chiropractic treatment would be deemed unsafe, then that will be clearly communicated. A treatment plan is always discussed.

All consultation fees are due at the time of your visit and can be made via our HICAPS terminal.
